Marsha MacLean
Broker Associate
Marsha brings more than 20 years of experience and an abiding commitment to going above and beyond into each client relationship. Having grown up in Brookline, she knows the city inside and out, helping clients buy and sell properties in a wide array of locales including South Boston, South End, Back Bay, Dorchester, Charlestown, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Milton, Marion and Mattapoisett.
Marsha started out on the administrative side of the business before transitioning into an agent role, helping to start and manage an office in Allston at the ripe age of 18. Following her graduation from Brandeis University with a Master’s degree in International Finance and Economics, she resumed her real estate career full-time. One early highlight was the instrumental role she played in selling the Court Square Press and Macallen Condominiums in South Boston as part of the Pappas Properties team—totaling over $100 million in sales.
Marsha joined Coldwell Banker in 2017 and formed the MacLean Spring Group with Laura Springer in 2018. This dynamic team is ready to assist clients on the legal, financial, and construction aspects of any real estate transaction.
Marsha’s track record speaks for itself with $20 million in sales in both 2016 and 2017. She is adept at securing quick sales of condos and single family homes in Boston and the surrounding suburbs, helped by her ability to nimbly adapt to changing conditions. She has a comprehensive understanding of the market for both buyers and sellers and has been known to broker transactions before they even hit the market. As an added resource, she is a natural partner for Russian clients due to her fluency in the language.
Statistics aside, Marsha prides herself on being an ethical and accessible real estate professional who is truly dedicated to building long lasting client relationships. Her people-first ethos and wealth of real estate knowledge help to demystify the buying and selling process, creating a seamless, personalized, and step-by-step experience.
Marsha, her husband, their two children, two dogs and guinea pig reside in Chestnut Hill, while also spending time in Marion. She is involved in many Boston-based non-profit organizations, serving on the board of trustees for the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum and as a sponsor of Mass Art.
